Get Ready for the 2019 Jeep Jamboree

Have you had the opportunity to be a part of a Jeep Jamboree? If you’ve yet to experience one, you’re missing the chance to make new friends and fellow Jeep enthusiasts! These jamborees are a longtime tradition that’s been around since the early 1950s when pioneer Mark A. Smith took the initiative to start the first ever jamboree and set a course to navigate the Sierra Nevada Mountains via the Rubicon Trail. After Jeep manufacturer Willys Motors joined the cause, the jamboree has maintained an avid following.

The 2019 Jeep Jamboree is returning to Ouray, Colorado! The jamboree will take participants through the towering elevations of the San Juan Mountains including the fascinating ghost towns and the challenging Imogene Pass which, at just over 13,100 feet is among the highest driveable passes in all of the United States.

The Ouray Jeep Jamboree doesn’t kick off until September 12th through the 14th but now is the time to get ready. If the jamboree isn’t something you’re quite ready for and you’d rather begin with a less challenging ride, we’re here to get you started.
